Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Workspaces may have multiple members; the workspace owner and admins control membership and can remove members at any time.

The Service offers a free trial and paid plans billed per seat per month. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never store your full card details. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Each plan includes a seat limit and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Unused credits do not roll over. If you exceed your plan's limits we may ask you to upgrade or restrict the affected feature until the next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing purposes;
• attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the infrastructure;
• scrape, resell or overload the Service, or circumvent usage limits and access controls;
• upload malicious code or content that violates the rights of others.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain all rights to the content you create or import — tasks, projects, documents, transcripts, calendar data and files ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service for you and your workspace. We do not sell Your Content.

Niovo includes AI assistance (chat, task extraction, document drafting, meeting summaries, AI sheets and more). AI output is generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be reviewed before you rely on it. Actions proposed by the AI (creating tasks, documents, scheduling) are never executed without your explicit approval. Your prompts and relevant workspace context are processed by our AI providers to generate responses — see the Privacy Policy for details.

The Service can connect to third-party services you authorize, such as Google Calendar. Integrations operate under the permissions you grant and you can revoke them at any time, either in Niovo Settings or in the provider's account settings. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make to their platforms.

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will notify you in advance where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niovo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we can reasonably no longer operate. Upon termination by you, your workspace data is scheduled for deletion from our systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
